SKU Prefix

The serial number stays global and sequential. Only the prefix changes.

AUTO-#####

Custom:2–5 letters/numbers. Auto can distinguish tops, bottoms, dresses, bags, shoes, etc. after Product DNA.

Examples: AB Abaya · LP Ladies Pants/Bottom · LT Ladies Top · LD Ladies Dress · HB Handbag · SH Shoes. A mixed batch should normally stay on Auto.

Physical Storage Location

Optional but strongly recommended for one-piece thrift stock. Use the exact rack/bin/shelf where this batch will be kept.

Order Picking

V2 automatically records the upload date/time. Together the item becomes: SKU · Uploaded On · Storage Location.
