The App provides AI-powered tools to create, enhance, and publish product listings to e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and social media (Facebook, Instagram) on your behalf.
You are responsible for all content published through the App. You must own or have rights to all images and product information you upload. You agree not to publish illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
The App connects to Facebook, Instagram, and Shopify via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs or policies.
The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the App, including failed posts, API errors, or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these terms.
